Beverly Cushion is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, having performed a number of different roles within the financial services sector for over 20 years and has been running a highly successful HR consultancy business, which is now in its 11th year of trading. Beverly is an energetic and highly flexible HR practitioner, a generalist by trade, gaining experience in all areas of HR practice and is now a seasoned Project Manager. She has successfully deployed these skills in a variety of ways across a breadth of sectors, including large organisations, working with entrepreneurs, professional practice and in a variety of roles in the charity sector.
Beverly Cushion HR Consultancy is particularly skilled in quickly building rapport with clients and understanding their requirements, then working with them to build a robust HR Plan designed to bring out the best in arguably an organisation`s most valued asset – it`s people. Over the years this has involved managing mergers, acquisitions, redundancy programmes, TUPE transfers, introducing generic roles, pay reviews, performance management initiatives and culture change programmes, to name a few. We have experience of working with many different clients in shaping their people agenda.
